The two years ITI Machinist Grinder course aims at developing the skills of machinist grinder to run, maintain the machines of machine shop. The course is designed with Theoretical and Practical Sessions. The theory inputs consists of: workshop theory, workshop calculation and science, engineering drawing, social science, communicative English.

The candidates are trained to operate variety of operation on different machines. They are trained in turning, milling, shaping, drilling, slotting operations. Training is focused to train trainees in  Surface Grinder  , Cylindrical Grinder, Tool and Cutter grinding machines.   It will enable the candidates to enter the job market more competently.

§  Intake Capacity: one unit. Each unit comprising of 16 trainees.

§  Eligibility Criteria: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.

§  Age: Not below the age of 15 years.

§  Course Commences from: August..

§  Duration – Two years full time

§  Medium of Instruction – English
